  Disgusting. I went through the car wash tonight, it left my car with a brown spotted residue and grime all over it that I now cannot get off and the two men on duty did not even care so much as to look at my car which I parked conveniently next to the window. I'm distressed about my cars paint job and they couldn't care less. After realising how filthy my car still was I parked my car right next to the shop window and went in to talk to the two men on duty. I said quite calmly and politely "I just had my car washed and there is something seriously wrong with the machine, my car has stuff all over it". The first response was, "I'm just a pleb worker" he then offered me a voucher for a half price car wash elsewhere. I said I paid to have a car wash and I would like a clean car, expecting at the very least to get a refund. They looked at me perplexed as though I was speaking a foreign language for standing there telling them my car was filthy. I was then given a voucher to run my car through the very same car wash that had caused the damage in the first place. I have come home where I had two friends inspect it. I've tried scrubbing it with hot soapy water and from bonnet to tail my white (previously spotless) paint job is now covered in these brown marks that will not come off. I have called and asked for a manager/person in charge to call me back urgently they said they couldn't give out his number. I've not yet had a return call. I'm expecting to have my paintwork fixed or I'll take them to small claims and report them to the local paper and the local council. So incredibly rude!!!!! You can't just damage someone's property and then dismiss them. After a month, BP writing up a report, and doing tests on their car wash, they contacted me and said they would take no liability for the damage. I am left with a car now devalued severely, out of pocket expenses, and had witnesses who viewed the brown marks all over not only my paintwork but windows which should have been clean after a car wash so only proves that the marks left all over my car were from the car wash. Funny thing is there is even footage from the CCTV cameras, but they refuse to admit responsibility and I don't have money to take them to court. I will try small claims and see what happens. I will never use BP again. I think this is disgusting and just because they are a big company think they can get away with anything. APPALLING!!! It should be added, I was never even offered the $15 dollars back for the car wash. Unbelievable.
